Author Bio

Author Lindsey Donner

Lindsey Donner is a copywriter, editor, poet, and committed multi-tasker who graduated magna cum laude from NYU-Gallatin in 2006. She co-founded Well Versed Creative, a consultancy that partners with bloggers, authors, and small business owners to produce best-in-class copy, design and front-end web development--without agency overhead, attitude, or pablum. She and her husband, Luis Cortés, are also launching a second project: La Muerta, a line of limited-edition, curated t-shirts featuring artists from all over the world. La Muerta is a way of bringing graphic art to people directly--you should always know who did the graphics you wear and whether the artists were treated fairly. La Muerta is committed to bringing that relationship to light. Lindsey did not start a business to make a quick buck or revolutionize the world, but because she firmly believes the future depends on the wit, innovation, and thought leadership of microbusiness owners--and the driven creatives who keep us enriched and enthralled. Independently, Lindsey publishes her writing to a variety of on- and offline publications and works as a freelance editor. A Jersey girl at heart, Lindsey currently lives in San Diego with her husband and, yes, cats.
