Jay Khor is the founder of Versutia_ LLC, a real estate investment firm that currently focuses on residential property investment and redevelopment. Jay is passionate about providing unique, affordable, high quality products to end users in all facets of real estate. His core of expertise lays in property acquisition, construction management, product development, and marketing. Since Jay began his real estate career in August of 2008, he has successfully redeveloped and managed a portfolio in excess of $1 million and sold over $5 million of real estate. Jay graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's College of Business with a degree in Business Management. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona. Additionally, Jay is an active team leader for Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit organization that builds affordable homes to low-income families around the world.
